Our school is very unique and stands out very much. Although unique, we still have times when there are some things that a lot of the kids are not to happy with and want to change it. One thing that we would like to discuss is the schools dress code system. A lot of kids do not have a problem with it, but then again a lot of kids do. I think the dress code is very cooperative. Asking students to wear collared shirts should not be a problem, most of the students follow that and they do get noticed for it.

Another thing is the school lunch. I have a couple of friends that are vegetarians and do not eat the school lunch because of the fact that they mostly serve meat. There is a salad stand and that is nice considering the people who don’t eat meat, but a lot of students still feel hungry and feel left out sometimes. They feel that they are different than their friends because they’re eating something different. Some students are asking that they don’t serve meat that often and try to serve something different once in a while.

There is just one more thing that students find well, sort of annoying. Most of the things that happen after school with us don’t like the teachers to know. Some of the students do things that are inappropiate so that stuff is okay for the teachers to know about, but then there are some things like the time they should be home and how long it takes them to get home. Most of the kids like to hang out after school because during the school day because we don’t really have that much time. I think after school we should have a little more freedom as to what they are doing and who they are with.

Based on what I wrote, my opinion is as follows:  to those first three statements I do agree with the school dress code and I would think that students wouldn’t have a problem and actually we could have more students following the dress code. Towards the school lunch I think that the vegetarians should bring their own lunch but the lunch ladies should still provide more vegetarian meals and a little less meat. Finally as far as the kids that like to hang out after school,  I totally agree with the students. I am one of those kids that like to hang out, and I don’t know a lot of students that do that many inappropriate things after school.

In our school we wear a dress code which is a collared shirt {any color}, jeans, sneakers or shoes. We also wear uniform only during an assembly. This includes a white collared shirt, shoes, dark blue skirt or jeans.  As writers, we also have our opinion about the dress code and uniform.

Our opinion about the dress code and uniform is that it is not a bad idea. This is because dress code is better to wear in school everyday than the uniform. Some students like the dress code better and they wear it everyday well, at least some of them do.

The dress code has its good and bad points. It is good because kids won’t spend so long on getting dressed. Dress code is bad because parents have to spend tons of money on new clothes. If you go to special stores you can possible get good deals on dress code.

Dear Bullied,

There are a couple of things you can do. First, you could tell a teacher. Something else you can do is ignore him and eventually it won’t be as fun for him and he/she will leave you alone. Your last choice would be to stand up to this bully and tell him/her to leave you alone. Tell him/her that she/he’s really annoying and ask him/her how he/she would like it if you did that to them. You should definitely not be afraid to ask your teacher for any help. Maybe you can ask the subject teacher to set a time and a place where you and he/she can meet and the teacher will give you as much help as you need. Trust me on this one and don’t be afraid. It wouldn’t hurt to ask!

Disaster Movie

Before I start, I would like to thank you for reading my first movie review. Today, I am going to review the comedy “Disaster Movie!!! “

Disaster Movie, directed by Jason Friedberg and Aron Seltzer,also known for directing “Scary Movie”, “Epic Movie”, “Meet the Spartans” and more, starred Matt Lanter and Vanessa Minnillo.This Movie was basically about a man who has to save the world with his hilarious friends, by returning a crystal skull. This movie spoofs everything you can think of. From celebrities, like Amy Winehouse and Hanna Montanna, to movies like “Indiana Jones” and “Alvin and The Chipmunks”. Overall,  I would give this movie 3.5 out of 5 stars.
