This summer I went to summer camp for 2 months in Manhattan. My group was called Leadership because we’re the oldest in the camp. Every Friday and Tuesday we would go out to eat. I left camp for 6 days so we could fly to North Carolina. When we got there, my Aunt and my cousins came to pick us up from the airport. Then she drove us to her house to eat and go into the pool. When I went to put on my swimsuit, it wasn’t in the luggage. My Aunt left it outside and she ran down the stairs to get it for me and my mom. The last day we went swimming I got bit by a wasp. I was crying because it hurt a lot, it felt like it was burning and stinging at the same time. Then later on that day we were going to the airport to fly back home. Before we left, Christopher still needed to get dressed so my uncle got him dressed while my aunt took all of us to the park. It started to rain after a little bit. Then my uncle and my mom came outside and started the car. They went around so they could pick us up, then he drove us to the airport and when we had to leave we all started crying. My aunt said the next time we come and the Panthers are playing we’ll go to watch the game. Then we said our goodbyes and me and my mom got on the plane and we waited for everyone to get on. When they were all sitting the plane took off. We landed in N.Y. and it was 11:00. We were exhausted, so we drove back home went up stairs to my grandpa and my dad. While there our grandpa didn’t know if I was a YANKEE FAN or a METS FAN so he got me a METS jersey. I was mad and happy at the same time. The next day we went back to manhattan so my mom can go to work and I can go to camp.
A couple of weeks passed and camp finished. That next day was Saturday and
that Saturday we woke up at five in the morning so we could go back to the airport and fly to PUERTO RICO. I was super excited and I was really happy. It took us 5 hours just to get there.
